Polymer rings and templates for molding rotary cutting machines are produced from food polymer of European supplier; it has high wear-resistance and mechanical influences.

All forming elements are produced with jewelry precision, which provides an ideal picture and precise shaping of the smallest elements. The tolerance in biscuit picture is not more than 0.02 mm.

If you already have cutting roller, but the templates have already worn out, we can make a set of new templates.
