Gingerbreads are steadily in demand and have a long shelf life. The name came from the main ingredient - spices. Often, ginger, cinnamon, cloves or, for example, cardamom are added to the products. Technology of gingerbread production

Gingerbread are produced by wire-cut dropping. The main stages of production are the preparation of flour, the preparation of syrups and saline, mixing, molding, baking and cooling.
