Dropping biscuits

Empire of metals Ltd produces molding parts (dies and nozzles) for various kinds of soft (dropping) biscuits and gingerbread.

What do we offer?

• dropping dies (platform) and dropping nozzles (molds, inserts, plates) for one-color and double-color dropping machines. They are made of brass or wear-resistant food polymer. They have smooth or cogged output holes, two installation options - nut or thread.
• dies and segments (cutting knives, segments) for diaphragm cut for gingerbreads with fillings production.
• dies and inserts for wire-cut production of gingerbreads and oat cookies. Platform (die) can be produced from steel or aluminum. Molding part can be made in form of separate molding elements or in form of an integral overlay with molding holes and grooves for wire holders.
